About Us:

PDXconnects works with the Brokerage System and the County Developmental Disabilities Program (CDDP) in the State of Oregon to assist adults experiencing intellectual and or developmental disabilities to become more independent and reach personal goals.  

Mission Statement:  PDXconnects supports individuals experiencing intellectual and developmental disabilities by facilitating access to resources, encouraging them to get involved in their community, teaching skills, building self-esteem, and empowering them to reach their personal goals and explore the world around them to enhance their life.

Vision Statement: To provide a point of access for social interactions in community based inclusion to gain and maintain self-confidence in all aspects of life.
